Read the service termsDo I need a call before I can sign up?
No. An ordinary, eligible WordPress business website can go through the short fit check and subscribe directly. Calls are optional. Complex sites need a review before payment; you can send details for review or choose a call.
I received a website audit. Will this fix everything in it?
Not necessarily. The plan covers ongoing care and small edits. A finding that requires a redesign, custom development, migration or substantial repair needs separate assessment and pricing. Send us your audit reference if you want help separating the two before you subscribe.
Does care include hosting, licenses, SEO or a redesign?
Hosting, domain registration, email hosting and premium plugin/theme licenses remain your responsibility unless separately agreed. New websites, redesigns, major page builds, copywriting, SEO projects and custom development are outside this subscription.
Can I cancel?
Yes. There is no minimum term. Email hello@novren.co from your billing email before the next renewal and identify your website. A timely request prevents that renewal, even if confirmation follows later. Started periods are not prorated or routinely refunded; see the service terms for exceptions and required rights.
