I received a website audit. Will this fix everything in it?
Not necessarily. The plan covers ongoing care and small edits. A finding that requires a redesign, custom development, migration or substantial repair needs separate assessment and pricing. Send us your audit reference if you want help separating the two before you subscribe.
What access do you need?
An authorized administrator needs to install and connect the WordPress care connector. Novren will coordinate the appropriate access method with you or your developer. Do not send passwords through this website or ordinary email. Hosting, DNS or other privileged access is requested only when a specific issue requires it.
When does billing start, and when does care start?
The first $399 payment is taken at checkout and the subscription renews monthly. Care starts after Novren has connected the site, checked the baseline and confirmed activation. Timing depends on access, compatibility and any issues discovered. If you have a deadline or a serious existing problem, ask us before paying.
What if you cannot accept my site after I sign up?
If Novren determines during initial onboarding that the website cannot be accepted for the standard plan before care is activated, the subscription is canceled and the initial payment refunded, as stated in the current service terms. Complex or severely broken sites should be reviewed before checkout.
