Files and database are backed up daily. History builds from the day your site is connected. Restoring depends on a usable backup and your hosting environment; changes since the backup may be lost.
Flagged issues get reviewed.
Daily scans help identify potential issues. Novren reviews flagged findings and coordinates the next steps. Major cleanup or repair may need separate scope; complete security or malware removal is not guaranteed.
Checks while you get on with your day.
Automated uptime checks run every five minutes. SSL status is checked daily. Repeated downtime and certificate alerts enter the support workflow. Monitoring does not prevent outages or renew certificates.
Describe a small change. Review it before publication.
Use the AI Editor in your client portal to describe a change and review its preview. One approved, published change counts as one AI edit, even across multiple pages. AI and human allowances are separate; publishing follows your portal’s approval permissions.
Keep everyday website details current.
Five human-completed, bounded changes each month, typically about 30 minutes or less per task. You supply final text and images. Examples: business hours, team details, a banner replacement or publishing your article.

Contact hello@novren.co for maintenance questions, issues or small edit requests. Maintenance questions are separate from the human edit allowance. Human support is not a 24/7 emergency service and no response-time guarantee is included.

Monthly reports cover available maintenance, backup, scan and monitoring activity. Novren reviews the report before releasing it. Exact details depend on your connected site and the reporting platform.

Novren prepares your client workspace and sends an invitation after setup. Use the provided care portal to access your assigned website and enabled tools. You do not need to buy another care subscription.
